Lowest Energy Consumption
Hep2O® straight coiled pipe compared to standard plastic coiled pipe. This cabling ability of Hep2O® pipes allows for faster, more efficient and flexible installation.
Hep2O® fittings will rotate even under pressure, allowing for flexible installation practices.
Hep2O® pipe and fittings are designed to be compatible with traditional pipe materials and jointing techniques.
Siam Green Power International Co. Ltd. provides Solar Power Systems for private homes and industries.
We offer Design, Project Management, Installation and Maintenance of Solar Power and Renewable Energy Systems.
Our systems are mainly produced in Thailand based on advanced German Technology.
The Hep2O® push-fit flexible plumbing system offers a comprehensive range of pipes and fittings in 10, 15, 22 and 28mm nominal diameters for domestic and commercial water supply and heating or cooling applications.
The Hep2O® system comprises flexible straight coil polybutylene pipework connected to polybutylene fittings that incorporate an integral push-fit mechanism.
Unlike other forms of coiled plastics pipes, Hep2O® pipes utilising straight coil technology do not return to their coiled state when uncoiled from their convenient SmartPackTM dispensers but instead remain straight with no loss of flexibility.
Flexibility and Endurance
This Hep2O® push-fit flexible plumbing system ensures state of the art products and quality, high degree of flexibility and endurance, coupled with high pressure and temperature stability.
Conduit Systems
The Hep2O® Pipe in Pipe System incorporates Hep2O® Barrier Pipe in a pre-sheathed conduit ready for underscreed installation, thus allowing the installer to save time and effort whilst complying with the current regulations. Hep2O® Pipe in Pipe is available in various handy site manageable coil lengths.
Sustainability of Installations
Polybutylene (PB) has been successfully used in pipe applications in Europe for almost thirty years. In Austria and Germany, district heating and underfloor heating schemes of the early 1970’s are still offering trouble-free operation, even where metal pipes had proved totally unsuitable due to rapid corrosion problems.
International standards now specify a minimum 50 years performance for polybutylene (PB) hot water pipes operating at 70ºC and 10 bar pressure - However there are no international standardised requirements for the lifetime performance of metal pipes.
Lowest Environmental Impact
In a study conducted by the Technical University of Berlin Polybutylene (PB), the Hep2O® material, showed clearly the lowest overall energy consumption (during manufacture / installation / use), and the lowest impact on the environment for emissions in all three categories: soil, water and air.
This study was conducted by the Technical University of Berlin on various drinking water pipe installation systems, including both metals (galvanised steel and copper) and plastics, i.e. cross-linked polyethylene (PE-X), polybutylene (PB), polypropylene (PP-R), and chlorinated polyvinylchloride (PVC-C).
Patented and Proven
The big advantage of the patented and proven push-fit fitting is its strength and the easy handling. The fittings are slim enough to be buried in the walls and are able to withstand very high pressures.
Simply the best! No heat required! Fast, clean and leak proof!
Some advantages at a glance:
- Cabling Ability. Hep2O® allows for faster, more efficient and flexible installation.
- High form stability. A handy characterictic of the Wavin PB pipes is that the pipe remains in position after bending. This results in unsurpassed ease of installation.
- High bending flexibility. Wavin® PB pipes can easily be bent by hand without tools. Therefore you need much less fittings, saving time and money.
- Less Jointing. Wavin's flexible polybutylene pipe system requires less jointing, saving time and materials
- Easy jointing. No welding, thread cutting, soldering or glueing! The Hep2O® range of fittings and accessories is perfectly coordinated. Simply cut the pipe to length and join pipe and fitting with a "push -click - click".
- Low Wastage. Designed to measure and cut in-situ, the Wavin Hep2O® flexible polybutylene pipe system means less wastage with more efficient use of materials.
- Low thermal expansion. The flexibility of the Wavin Hep2O® pipe means that the expansion is spread evenly along a pipe run eliminating damaging movement at a critical fixed point in the system. Even where the pipe is totally restrained in a concrete floor (e.g. as underfloor heating), the stresses are so low that they are absorbed by the material.
- High Resistance to Impact. The Wavin Hep2O® piping system is extremely strong and resistant to denting and accidental damage from impact.
- Combining flexibility with toughness. Polybutylene is not difficult to bend and expansion stresses are low. However, polybutylene is unusual in combining flexibility with toughness even at elevated temperatures and pressures, ensuring that Hep2O® meets the demands of modern heating installations.
- Quieter The Wavin Hep2O® piping system eliminates water hammer. A Hep2O® pipe does not transmit noise and with careful installation to reduce the source of noise to a minimum, Hep2O® can be installed to run almost silently.
- Low weight. Wavin Hep2O® pipe is only about 1/4 the weight of copper pipe.
- Corrosion free. The Wavin Hep2O® plumbing system eliminates corrosion problems and ensures water purity. Hep2O® pipe is unaffected by both acidic (soft) water or alkaline (hard) water, the most common reasons for copper pipe corrosion in all metal pipework.
Hep2O® and Wavin® are among the leading and most widely recognised names in the building industry. Wavin is Europe's largest pipe systems maker, and also Europe's largest recycler of used plastic pipes. The Wavin product ranges offer established and innovative systems to provide comprehensive, integrated solutions to the "in and around the house" building and installation market sector.
Hep2O® and Wavin® is supplied by Wavin Overseas B.V., the central export organisation of the Wavin Group. Wavin Overseas B.V. was set up over 25 years ago and is dedicated to providing a global service. With Wavin and Hep2O® you are assured of highest quality leak proof products.
